Labyrinth
You are free to come walk the labyrinth any time!
Marguerite Centre's seven circuit labyrinth, located near the main entrance to our building, is open to anyone wishing to follow its path.
Labyrinths are found in many cultural and spiritual traditions, and are seen as an ancient and powerful symbol of wholeness and transformation. Labyrinths invite us to quiet the mind, calm the body, and stir the spirit.
Labyrinths have played a significant role in Christian spirituality through the ages. Embedded in the centre of the labyrinth is a cross. Early Christians walked the labyrinth to symbolize the pilgrimage to Jerusalem.
The labyrinth is a symbol of one’s life path or pilgrimage toward wholeness and the Divine.
However one chooses to experience the labyrinth is the “right” way. Just walking the labyrinth is rewarding. One may pray, meditate, chant, or repeat a mantra while experiencing the labyrinth. Walk our labyrinths grass pathway and experience the labyrinth for yourself.
