In recent years, Mindfulness Meditation has become very popular, with considerable research demonstrating its many benefits. This silent retreat will present Mindfulness Meditation as originally taught by the Buddha as a tool for examining and opening to one?s life, both inner and outer. Mindfulness serves as a foundation for the development of calmness, clarity and openness from which can effortlessly arise insight into our true nature that frees us to live in a wiser, kinder and more compassionate relationship with ourselves and the world. This retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
